Promotion Saguenay has a policy of support for provincial, national or international conferences and sporting events generating a minimum of 40 nights in hotels in Saguenay. Consult the policy to verify the eligibility of your event, as soon as it is confirmed, complete the application form.

Integrated Transport Service

Take advantage of our turnkey charter serviceTravelling to Saguenay in company of your peers is a great way to forge links!

In collaboration with Intercar, we recently have been offering a turnkey charter service that is customized to your needs—you choose the location and time of departure and the stops along the way. We can plan parking for your participants’ vehicles and lunch boxes or an on-board animation. Your participants will be able to admire the Parc des Laurentides’s sublime scenery with their peers during networking. A true pre-convention!
